Unfortunately, we had 9 outages across our sites this month.
The largest of these outages were due to a failure in a piece of hardware that load balances requests within our datacenter. We've worked with the vendor to repair and replace the impacted hardware, and don't anticipate these problems recurring.

88% of questions asked during business hours were answered in less than 1 hour with a median response time of 11 minutes. We're always working on tweaks to how we handle support requests to get answers back within minutes.
